At JN Blinds®, a brand of Jain Interior, we ensure a smooth and transparent ordering experience.

A. For Standard Products (Ready-Made Blinds)

1. Product Selection

Browse products on JainInterior.com and select your preferred size, color, and quantity.

2. Add to Cart

Add products to cart and proceed to checkout.

3. Order Verification

Carefully verify:

• Product details
• Quantity
• Shipping address

4. Payment

Complete payment using available secure methods.

5. Order Confirmation

You will receive confirmation via email/WhatsApp with order details.

6. Shipping Timeline

• Orders are shipped within 24–48 hours after payment

In case of delay:

• If dispatch is delayed beyond 3 days, we will inform you
• You can choose to:
  • Continue the order
  • Cancel and get a full refund

7. Dispatch & Delivery

• Orders shipped via courier partners
• Delivery time depends on location/pincode
• Default shipping mode: Surface
• Faster delivery (air shipping) available at extra cost

8. Important Note

Provide accurate:

• PIN code
• Contact number

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details

9. Tracking

B. For Customized Products (Size-Based Customization Only)

At JN Blinds®, customization is limited to size (width & height) only.

1. Product Selection

Select your preferred blind and enter required dimensions (size).

2. Enter Size Details

• Provide accurate measurements
• Ensure dimensions are correct before placing order

3. Price Calculation

Price is automatically calculated based on selected size.

4. Order Confirmation

Our team may contact you to confirm size details. Production starts after confirmation.

5. Payment

Full payment is required to process customized orders.

6. Changes to Order

• Changes must be requested immediately after placing order
• Once production starts, changes may not be possible

7. Order Cancellation

• We may cancel the order if:
• Size details are incorrect/incomplete
• We are unable to confirm your order

8. Manufacturing & Shipping Timeline

• Dispatch depends on order size and quantity

In rare cases:

• Delay may extend up to 3–5 days
• If delay exceeds committed timeline, you can request cancellation

9. Dispatch & Delivery

Jaipur Orders:

• Delivered via courier or local delivery team

Outside Jaipur:

• Delivery via courier partners
• Timeline varies by location
• Default: Surface shipping
• Faster delivery available at extra cost

10. Important Note

• Double-check measurements before ordering
• Incorrect sizes will not be eligible for return
